السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ

The Sheikh Abdulrahman Hassan may Allah preserve him asked the students “Can there be bad Muslims?” They answered “Yes.” So the sheikh responded that just because there are bad Muslims, it doesn’t make Islam bad. Likewise if there are bad salafis or people who ascribe themselves to Salafiyah it does not make Salafiyah wrong.

And Allah Subhanahu w Ta’ala knows best.
