السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ

Salafiyah is the pure Islam which was protected from innovation by our noble scholars. Corruption in religion is a result of allowing things to be added and changed in the religion. For example, Christianity is a product of people coming and changing the religion of Jesus. The reason why Islam stayed pure is because of the scholars who kept Islam pure and free from deviation. Salafiyah is simply the pure Islam straight from the source.
